The Body Shop unleashes a whole new, modern tea ceremony on us, one for the body. With real Green Tea straight from the Mount Fuji region in Japan, it holds strong anti-oxidants that will help to detox and to rehydrate your body. The whole range smells very fresh and energizing, something I really like in body products.
That new tea ritual starts with a very cool new product: a tea infusion for your bath. As you can see in the pictures, there’s a big tea infuser that comes with the loose Detox Bath Tea. Just put some bath soak in the infuser, hold it under the running water and let it soak in the your bath for a while. The water turns green, smells super fresh and will help your body to completely relax.
Use the Body Scrub to get rid of dead skin cells so you feel even more detoxed and cleansed. It has a gel-like texture and it’s a pleasure to use. Now you’re all detoxed and cleansed, it’s time to replenish. You can choose between three formulas for that: the classic Body Butter, the somewhat lighter Body Lotion and the utterly heavenly Body Sorbet.
Last step in the ritual is refreshing your senses. As The Body Shop believes in “feeling healthy, inside and out”, they’ve made an Eau de Cologne of this energizing Fuji Green Tea scent too. It’s very fresh and the perfect last step to conclude your little ceremony I think.
I enjoyed it from the first step ’til the last, it’s a lovely way to relax on this Easter Sunday. But it doesn’t stop here, The Body Shop encourages us to share our #HealthyMoment with this hashtag. Here is how you can participate, there are several prizes but the big one is a complete mindfulness workshop. For me, this is my #HealthyMoment of the day -eating a whole basket of easter eggs not included- what’s yours?
